a kia is slower than frozen dog poo
So I was in a co-worker's car, and we were heading to a store to pick up some snacks. He drives a 2004 Auto Civic DX.
We are coming up to a light, and there sits a kia spectra. It's got a big wing and the exhaust is aftermarket, except it's hanging so low I am wondering if it's gonna fall off.
We get up next to the guy, and he's there with his girlfriend. She looks so embarassed to be riding in a Kia, so I'm wondering if it wasn't a first date kinda thing. haha. First and last.
Anyways, the guy starts revving and gives a nod. He must think he's vin diesel. hehe. My friend, who never races, was like, well if I'm ever gonna wind out the ol' DX here goes.
Light turns and he mashes the gas. This is the slowest race ever. 5 minutes later we hit 60mph and the kia is 2 cars behind us. ROFL. My friend is cracking up beyond belief, and the guy drives by and doesn't even look at us.
Now..... here's the BEST part. I decided to swing on over to streetkiaz.com since I haven't been there in quite a bit. I register with my usual honda troll name that I use on other forums, since you can't view their forums without registering. I'm reading a couple threads, and suddenly I get denied access. They BANNED me before I even made a single post.
But I grabbed a pic of some of the girls of streetkiaz.com.

Funny I think that 100 shot in one of those spectra 5s or a turbo with a descreate intercooler would make a good sleeper LOL. May only last 5 days, but hell they have been running those buy one get one free sales lately.

Rep Power: 381 even if kias are crap there fun to mess around with. my buddy has a rio that is hittign 141dp in it. he took it to a sound off competition in kansas city and blew every fuse in the car. i mean every one. it was pretty funny. it lasted for like 4 seconds.

Rep Power: 297 Damn, I just drove a new auto '05 Kia Rio for a week straight. (Civic got hit, so this was a rental...) That thing was so slow and the quality was really crappy. Not to sound like a snob (I drive a Civic for godsakes...) but, I was really embarrassed to be seen in that thing.
and i believe they were the ORKS not Trolls ;]
