Rep Power: 257 hell no the scion took the si by that much, si is mid 15's car and with a good driver you can get low 15's and scion is about the same, car&driver got 15.7 out of it so pulling 3 cars on the si would be more like a .8second difference

No fvcking way were they racing!!! 200lbs difference, peak hp at 5700 vs 7900rpms with a bit more tq from a roll or from a dig I think it would be a straight drivers race or Si advantage

Rep Power: 0 One word, TORQUE!
Yes, that was the only advangtage the tC had. No, it's not a driver race. I put 2.5 cars on a sI, which is exactly what the tC was doing. When I first saw the thread title, I know before I clicked the link, the tC was gonna win... no if ands or butts about it.
Ive only raced 2 tC, and beat both by half a car length. Anyways, I hate the fact the music drowned the car sounds

I am not saying the TC is not fast, but that reminds me of when I raced an rx7.

Rep Power: 0 That big bastard can't drive for ****. Besides you could barely see the drivers head on the TC. I love my vic but this is bull, honda better start bringing faster cars into production, oh they already do it's called the Type R.

Rep Power: 0 that wasnt a race... with a good driver the si can hit high 14s. the tc does have a torque advantage but theres no way in hell the tc can pull 3 car lengths in less than 2 seconds. it would be a close race but the si would win by a nose. im not saying that because i have a Si but because i've seen races between a stock si and a stock tc before. everytime the si would win by a nose or half a car. i must say, the torque is the tc is one lovely thing, it pulls hard when it takes off.
