friends evo8 MR edition against me

so my friend just got the MR and yesturday i got off work around 11 at night when i see him in front of me at a red. i didnt think he knew it was me, so when it turned green i went on his *** just to see if he will race for fun, and he started to what look like floor it. so i got on it and redlined every gear all the way to 5th. so we ended back up at his house. we got out and started talking, and he was like "hey where you even trying? because i was just shifting at 4000K" i was like awww mannn.... and when i told him i was red lining every gear he just started busting up. o well it was just fun, and no guys i didnt think i had a chance with him it was just to see how bad he would have smoked me

Tell your buddy that he can take it up to 5k for the break in. For all Evo's, the break in is 5k RPM's. WRX's and STi's are 4k though. Just thought I'd help out and let your buddy know that he can have a little more taste of boost.

Some people.....very experienced drivers that know how to launch, shift at certain points. I bet the same can be done with a STi...in fact I have seen it at New England Dragway.
