im guessing i just cant drive , or maybe its the whole auto thing but any ways here it goes.
Im coming home from work today at around 3pm, and i am on a 4 lane road known as 436 for u florida people, and this like 1980ish prelude pulls next to me.
my windows are down so i naturally just glanced at him. he starts making his car car jerk i guess hes playing with his clutch. I look in my rearview just to make sure there isnt a cop right there , cause that would suck , but their is an ambulance there so what ever. the light turns green and i start off slowly and hes pacing me grilling me up so at around 30 i floor it we are about even up to 50 and by 60 hes like 1/2 a car up then 70 hes like 1 1/2 i shut it down and i start feeling like crap cause i thought i would win for sure.
Now the best part, as i let off the gas to slow down that ambulance behind me, was following us. They get into the middle lane to pass me , mind u im still doing like 60ish and the driver is just smiling at me as he passes i hear him mash the gas and he catches the prelude and it seems like they continued to race down 436 i thought that was great. I wanted to see what happend but i had to turn down a diffrent road to go home. I just thought i would share that with u guys.
by the way this was my first sorta race i never tried before so poop
i have a 01lx with drop in K&n i know my car is slow but eww, that was sad.
o yah any 7thgeners live around the UCF area? here in florida? we should gets some meets going. i saw one coming down hall road the other day just wonderin

Rep Power: 0 is there a safe way to launch with an auto? without f-ckin up ur tranny with N dropping. I mean i tried power brakin and it seems like its about the same as slammin on the gas like normal. I broke my nissan N dropping but i could burn rubber with that POS. i miss that car.
