6th gen vs 7th
Who would win? All I know about his car is it is 6th gen manual with exhaust. Mine is the 7th gen manual with intake/exhaust/ lowered/short shifter. Im almost 100% sure I would beat him but I just wanted to see your opinions

I ran my buddy twice and beat him. Both EX's, Both Manual, He had intake, exhaust, headers, spark wires.
I had crappy launch BOTH times. Caught him in second, and defiled him in 3rd every time.

racing slower cars like civics is pretty fun actually, because its like everyone says is a drivers race... you shouldnt even ask if you will beat him, just race him and then have laugh afterwards, because there is no shyt talking rights in a race between 2 16sec cars

I have an lx and beat an ex with v2 intake and exhaust he still asks me why my car is faster than his. I wonder to but the 7th gens stock are faster than 6th gens stock no matter what people say, i think we weigh less to

7th gen LX against a 7th gen EX is a drivers race regardless of who has those basic little bolt-ons.

6th gen civics are 1.6 l. the ex has 127 horse like todays ex but they also only got 111 torque....where we carry the 3 torque edge. the gear ratios are probably different too (on autos).....i would say 9 out of every 10 races the 7th gen would win.

Rep Power: 0 Sometimes thouse 6 gens are fun to drive cause they have a clicky VTEC that you can hear change and they have alot of top end, but we have a way smoother powerband with a more straight curve.

Rep Power: 0 A 6th gen civic couldn't pull away from me on the corners. I noticed that idiot had like a lot of room left in front of him to accelerate but he keeps on lookin on his rear view mirror and wondering why the hell am I so close to the freaking wall and once when another corner hits up, I did the same thing, he took the inside and tries to accelerate hard while I was staying outside of the lane, I was barely accelerating and yet, I was still behind his **** so then I shut off my lights and passed him. LOL!
