my friend in his type S made my civic feel even more slower then it already is =(
so yesturday my friends and i were going to my homie's house (2 in my friend rsx type S and another person in my car) we hit a straight away and my friend pulls up next to me and yells "hey lets race back to my house!" and i was going 70 and i heard my friend down shift and i down shift to 3rd and he pulled on me like my car was parked 
after we got back to his house i told him "when u down shifted it sounded nice" cuz he has a buddy club exhaust) and he was like "huh? i didnt down shift i just floored it" 
i felt my car was a POS after he said that to me. but i should have known since he sent over 6 gs in mods

That's why you don't ride in faster cars. I was in a wrx wagon with tons of stuff done to it and it felt like an amusement park ride. Then I drive my civic home and felt bad cause I could barely keep up with a corolla. ;(

Rep Power: 276 he has hondata, injen CAI, buddy club exhaust, and a grip of suspension bars i think 6-7? all jdm parts (he doesnt beleive in generic stuff), torque dampner, rims, JIC coilovers carbon fiber hood, and i cant remember all the other stuff. but he changed his suspension set up 3 times? first from H&R to tein coil overs to JIC coilovers

so true! I had it worst. I drove a Z06 in a closed course right before getting into my own car to go home. And as I floored it to get on the highway.... well, it was just plain sad.

Like when I press the gas, I throw myself in the seat and jerk my body when the auto tranny shifts, Lol! Then other times my foots on the gas and I'm just sitting back patiently waiting for it to get up to speed, all the while thinking in my head...what's taking so long?

Who races mini vans? Teenie Boppers that borrow their mom's van, blast the music and think they are kool.
But the 1 incident I did race a van was against this 40 something year old Indian guy. He wanted to pass me b/c I was going too slow but when he stepped on it, so did I. It went from 2 lanes to 1 and my friend (passenger) was scared.... so... I let up even though I was only behind by very little.

Rep Power: 272 lol yeah.. my friend's mom has an Odyssey, and that van is fast. I remember seeing a pic somewhere on this site of a van comparison, and apparently the Odyssey is the fastest in its class. 0-60mph in like 8.9 seconds? Something along those lines.. that's impressive
