when is a race over?
ok i hear alot of people in this forum talkin about owning cars that are faster and runing on the highway. but my question is whats the sence of racing to 120 mph? you don't get up to 120 on a drag strip and theres no skill in just flooring it on the highway to see who has the higher govener. my way of seeing it is you race from a dead stop and by the time im at the end of 3rd gear top of 4th the race is settled.

Rep Power: 0 ^ its over. One car wins by a fender. Unless the other car is pulling noticably. Then it gets extended. Basically its over when the outcome is clear

Rep Power: 315 i race til the top of third.. which is like 90... cause from a stop, thats about 1/4th mile... sometimes ill entertain the **** til like middle of 4th... but races are usually decided at the 1/4th mile trap speed.. whatever that may be, now if ur playing freeway tag, its whoever chickens out first, or hits the governor if ur car is so equipped... usually with the freeway tag, i try to stay around 100.. if i play, that usually gauges the car's setup, and driver's ability... it usually goes on for about 4 miles or so

Rep Power: 0 frwy runs I've gone as high as 150. lol but it takes forever to get there and I only did it cause I was dead even with the other car and neither of us were gonna back down. lol
