he's the one who introduced me to this site. mine is the silver celica in the center. not to mention for the 2nd time my girl has an 02 EX and I come on here to interact with people who know more about them than I do since I'm a toyota guy. try to remember this time so I dont have repeat myself.

Rep Power: 0 Last year, my Dad and I test drove a Celica GT-S. I have never heard a stock 4 cylinder sound so good. I remember the car being very quick and nimble, small back seat though, but what do you expect from a SPORTS CAR? You should get the TRD kit 00celicagts6spd, that would look sweet in silver.

1) the GT-S has something called "lift" and there is a bolt that holds the oil line in place and it breaks after about 10 - 20K miles, causing you to lose lift. If you know what you're doing you can replace it in about an hour.
2) if you don't take really good care of it you lose all its performance value.
3) the tranny can be very touchy at times.
4) If you take care of it, it's an Awesome car.
