the non trubo is not called the WRX. The WRX is the turbo model. The 2.5RS is the non turbo. It would still win.

Im thinking the rs would win unless the rs had a ok driver and the vic had a great driver. The rs would get a good launch because of awd.

I've seen RS WRX run the mid to low 15's with just bolt ons.
It is hard to bring our times down.

just because it looks like a WRX doesn't mean it is one. It is an Impreza 2.5rs. and i agree with cat.

I second that, are people really that ignorant to call it a WRX non turbo? c'mon, its an Imprezza! If it not a wrx, then just say Imprezza 2.5RS. thats like saying Eclipse GS-T non turbo, or Lavncer Evo non-turbo, what did they do, buy the WRX and take off the turbo to save weight and fuel?

The 2.5RS model actually isn't a bad choice. If you were to buy that completely stock and put an aftermarket turbo on it, you would have more HP than a stock WRX without the turbo upgrade. I think even with the upgraded turbo, it could easily take it.

actually some of the 2.5rs's didnt look like the wrx they made a 2.5rs coupe for awhile and i think it was badass there is one around my house thats turbo but the best part is its a coupe

Yeah this guy here at work has a blue coupe 2.5 RS. That sucker would be bad *** if he put a turbo on it. And yes, of course it'd be faster than an WRX. It's got more displacement.

actually ive never raced a 2.5 rs i want to see how much faster it is than the civic i was thinking about selling the civic and buying one the coupe of course i think they are way bad .
