100% driver error.
He stabs the brake and yanks the wheel left , car slides left , then he comes off the brakes and as the car whips back to the right he stabs the brakes again. HMMM lets see if the back end is sliding lets take more weight off it by stabbing the brakes . After all we wouldn't want him to keep his foot in the gas and get some weight on the back tires because then we wouldn't get to be entertained.I guess no one ever told him about weight transfer.
they don't teach you those things in Drivers Ed.
