Unhappy I got beat by my frined and his Element

But Before I u get to angry he has dual exhaust, stcik, lowered, and rims. anyways...

Yea so last night around 12:00 we were going home, i was behind, and he caled and said do u wanna race down the parkway( long road that goes to our neiborhood). I was like **** yea how could i lose to a piece of plastic. So we line up[and it was preety much dead even for a while. Then He get ahead maybe about a cars distance or so. Before I knew i was hittting 100 and was finnally catching up but he claims he let off as we were gettig to the end of the street and if he hadnt he would have won. So thats my story of getting beat by my frineds element.

maybe it was he had stick and had auto?
possibly the exhaust?

so now this had given me reason to get a turbo or maybe nitous after the new rims drop and exhaust.

oh and ill try and get some pics of his ride, but damn our rides are slow... lease:

yeah not to suprising to me. It is a wonder I see so many kills in the forum, considering the slowness of our cars.

Yeah a manual EX element is like 16.5 probably. Your auto civic is a little behind. lol.

But for those who think our cars are "slow".... you do realize a civic is still a quick car for it's class, and quicker than others that are a similar cost and class. A civic can hold its own in this price range as far as sport coupes or compact cars go.

Yeah, auto Civics can barely break 16s. Edmund's 2k1 EX coupe made 16.2 - 5-speed that is.

Next time you race an element make sure there is a turn or two involved. I have beaten v-8 mustangs on twisty roads. Straight line is a whole diffrent story...I don't even bother trying.

If your looking at a turbo in the long run, exhaust would help you out.
