Awesome! These kids were talking **** to me one day at a light in a Chrystler Sebring with the top down. It was some highschooler (or maybe freshman in college, seeing as how this was in my college town) looking guy driving it and he had some 14-16 year old girls in the passenger and rear seats. I had my window down (I'm 22 so wtf are they doing talking **** to me anyway?) and the girl said something like "Hey, nice car." I said "thanks." She said "but ours is better." I said, "in your opinion." There were cars infront of us at the light so we couldn't race, and being that I drive a Civic I would assume I would have lost, but check this out:

Rep Power: 0 Whats up with people in open top cars talking trash all the time? I had the same exact thing happen a long time ago, but from a Jeep Wrangler. We did race, and I manage to beat him by 1 car length, with 1 passenger. Would have been better if I was in my current car though.

It was a couple weeks ago me and a friend were riding around we pass some civic who was doing 40 in a 50 so he should expect to get passed. He then proceeds to fly past me with his passenger giving us the bird. We meet them at a stop light seeing they are all barly old enough to drive and now they are all "what you got" act acting intrested in my car but once we get back moving they start talking **** again. Im like wtf do you wanna race or just talk **** about racing? and they keep talking ****. So at the next light i get out with the heavy end of my pool stick in hand and i put it infront of the passengers face kinda like (hey i got a weapon, so do you still wanna run your mouth) i figure its over and they realize to knock it off. Well they continue to follow us very closly. So i figure if they wanna follow us lets scare the **** outta them. So i call up some of my friends and they all meet at another friend close by. I thought they'd **** there pants once i stop and 15 people surround there car. Well im turning into my friends neighbor hood and instead of following me, they get alond side me and throw a FULL large coke at my car and it hit my window (i usually ride with the windows down but was on the phone so i had them up) o god i was pissed, so we end up in a pursuit around the city. I eventually caught them at a red light
They now need 2 new quarter panels, 1 new sunroof and 1 trunk lid.
I need a new pool stick as mine is bent at a 45 degree angle. I would have gladly beat the crap outta the passenger who threw the coke but not one of the 5 people in the car would get out.
personally if someones beating my car you can bet money im getting out the car.

Dude, no offense, but you're pretty stupid. You got lucky this time; you never know who's gonna be in the car next time, and what "weapon" they're gonna have in your face. You might need more than a few dents removed... think about it, all they did is give you the finger, had you left it at that, that's all that would have happened.

It all goes down to respect, theres a reason why i don't call my boss a ****** or call my friends (that happen to lift weights ALOT more then i do) *******s. Why? because they could really f*ck me over, my boss could go "Haha don't bother comming to work tommorow" my bigger friends could go "BIAAAYCH" a beat the crap outta me. Its the same reason why an 8th grader don't come talk **** to me (not that i would but i could) beat the crap out of them. Too many people go "Whats he gonna do" with all the laws there are in place to protect people. Whats keeping a high school kid from talking **** to a 23 year old man??? When I was younger Id always hear "you teenagers think your invincible" and never believed it, but now i see that its true. So many times do I see someone start **** with someone that could beat the living crap outta them, but they get off easy because they know there are laws and cops keeping that bigger guy from laying a hand on him. When i was in high school i remember so many people would talk **** because they know theres a teacher down the hall or a cop in the office so another student wouldn't dare touch him for the fear of being expelled.

For me, they can sit there and run there mouths off all they want cause talks cheap. Even if it is a civic, i love my car. We you mess with my car, THATS too far, THATS when i push back. Like i said i ride with the windows down. What if my window wasn't up?? I would have been hit in the face with a large coke, my glasses hardly stay on right now. So theres a good chance theyd go flying off and i couldn't see the road infront of me.

Rep Power: 0 many here would think you did too much by damaging their car, and it probably was wrong. but think about it people, those punks most likely learned their lessons and will never act like the way they did to other drivers again. sometimes, what Got Boost did is all it takes to teach kids a lesson.

Rep Power: 0 If someone threw a drink at my car I'd get pissed too and probably run them off the road, but the point is, they didn't just throw a drink, that was later on, after they were instigated. And they did deserve what they got after throwing the drink.

Its good for them, and what they got for their actions. I would do the same thing, only problem I dont have a pool stick in my car. I would use the tire iron.

I was just saying that there's another car that is as slow as us, a Chrystler Sebring Convertible. That is why I bolded the "10 second 0-60 time" line. The thread was called "Guess who else is slow?" And that other slow car is a Sebring Convertible (but the Sebring coupe is faster).
I just added the little story because that's what happened and made me decide to look up the Sebring's info.

How come a bigger engine with 23 more hp and 40 more tq makes a lower 0-60 time??? The car only weighs 300lbs more but that shouldn't matter with such increases in hp and tq, should it?
