Went to the Track, Now have a Fluid leak!

Well I went to our local track just to watch the races. It was an import event and there were several nice cars out. Well I met up w/ another guy off the site and then he wanted to run. I have 5-speed Coupe (mods listed below) and he has and auto sedan with intake and dual exhaust and some other exterior stuff. Well we made two runs back to back and I beat him both times. So we're both pretty excited and I head home. I turned my A/C on because it had been had been off and was hot. Well I got home and noticed a fluid leak. It's leakind a clear fluid that looks and smells like water. I though it was the A/C but its been an hour and it has slowed down, but is still dripping. It never was fast. Just a drop every few seconds. Its just a small puddle under my car toward the firewall.I know this should be in vehicle problems but there is nobady in there. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

If it looks like water... it is. No engine fluid is clear... they're all different colors so you can determine what it is. The condenser has a run-off tube where water drips out. It can do it for quite a while if you drive with the AC on for a decient distance. Don't worry about it.

Awesome, I looked at the engine bay and it looked like it was coming out of a line that is toward the back of the engine bay and when it get down lower it turns back. I'm assuming now it ends there. It has slowed down to like 1 drip every thirty seconds. Well I'm glad its no big deal. That would have ruined my first track experience. There was a lot of nice cars there from turbo Eclipses to spraying Preludes. Really cool, I was happy with my car as well.

Hey... we've all had one of those moments.
I was driving back down to school after going home to autocross... I was about 1/2 way there (2 hr drive) going 65 mph, when my oil pressure gauge dropped to 0. Needless to say, I pulled over as fast as the car would stop, I didn't see a trail behind the car, or anywhere in the engine bay, nothing was dripping when I looked underneath... I just kept driving and keeping an eye on the temp and the idiot light... niether of which made any hint at a problem. I got down to school, turns out I had a piece of teflon tape from when I assembled the fittings (4 months earlier) get stuck in the port of the sender... it jammed the reading to 0.

i bet its just condensation from the freon... that happens all the time in humid and hot conditions... the freon passing thru the ac hoses condence the moisture around it to teh point where it starts to drop in liquid form onto the ground

Boilermaker1, thanks for the help. I bet your stomach dropped about as hard as mine did when you saw that gauge.
But man its still dripping. Its only a drop every minute or so. The puddle size is maybe 7 inches in diameter. Its been three hours. WTF

About the times. I think their system is a little messed up. There was an 1st generation GSX Eclipse pushing a mad amount of boost. I think his best time was like High ten or low eleven. The thing is, my best time was 14.022 But I'm pretty sure its supposedly 1/8 So I'm kinda confused.

What track is it? Someone here could tell you if it is a 1/8 or a 1/4 mile track.

but it sounds like a 1/8 track.
