Civic has 9006 low beams, 9005 high beams. You can get a single kit to replace either one, and your other beams will remain halogen. Or you can buy two kits if you want Xenon High and Low.

For H4 / 9003 bulbs you can get Halogen high beams for $10 more, or you can get Bixenon for $80 more.

If you get a regular H4: No high beams at all.
You can get H4-2 (Xenon Low, Halogen High) for $10 more.
You can also get True Bixenon (Dual-Filament Xenon) for $80 more.

Group Buys are usually cheaper, but eBay is very competitive.
Other sellers are selling the Techone kit on here for $250 and $230 so I offered a competitive price.
Now with the eBay price match my margin is very small but that is OK, you are getting a really good deal on the Techone kits.
If you want to buy you would just mention the eBay price and send in $185 when you pay.

so to keep the highs you would have to buy the H4-2 for halogen high ok cool... ok for these two is it also pnp, like just plug everything to the ballast then to your headlight... :/ srry for all the questions, i just dont know about HID's

Yes you would want the H4-2, or you can get H4 Bixenon, and you'll have Xenon high as well. Everything is plug and play yes. You just take out your current bulbs, put in the xenon bulbs. Plug them into the ballasts, and the ballasts plug into your stock harness.

no highs at all. you'd have to get one of the ones Au2Tek suggested which will be more. don't know i like the idea of a halogen filament so close to the xenon arc in the h4-2. plus your HID will cycle on and off everytime you turn on the high beams. when you turn on high beams, you loose the low beam on H4 setups. if you have 9006, then you're fine.
