THEY SUCK![IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG] Let me start off with telling you what happend to me.

About 2 months ago I ordered a HP Cat-back exhaust taking my chances that it might be for the EX (I have a dx). Sure enough when it gets here it's for the ex. Now that wasn't so bad expecially when he offered me the skunk 2 racing exhaust for 500 even. So after a week of returns he calls again. Well I asked if he was sure that there is one for the dx model and not just the ex, and he said "Well on my screen I have a ex model one and then one that says for lx/dx." I said ok well ship the one for the lx/dx.

Sure enough 4 days later. I get screwed again because it's for the Ex. I call up and the guy tells me well I thought there was one. Let me call the warehouse and find out if we carry that model. Then I was extremely pissed because he basically lied to me. But wait it gets worse. I call him up and he makes me some offers on other exhaust systems. 510 on the tanabe racing medallion which isn't great. and 550 on the dc sports tcs. Now after thinking about it I said screw it I don't want anything anymore I am fed up with this.

The day that they got the shipment back, he called my house and told me that they were refunding my account and were sorry about what happend. I simply just got off the phone and I was through with them. But 2 days later. another $50 dollars was takin outa my account by NOPI. So I call up just about as pissed as I could be, and he says "well sorry, they accidently shipped out the dc sports." Well hey what do you know. The next morning there was a ring on the doorbell and a package arrived. This time for the right car but hell if I wanted it. I call up and he says that I am going to have to wait until they recieve the package to give you your money back. Well after about 30 minutes of arguing he let go of it and said I will refund you when you get your shippig number. So I recieve my shipping number (6 days later) and walla. He isn't even at work today! I talked to another person and they told me that they couldn't do anything about it, that he was breaking the rules with what he was doing anyways. Anyways I just figured I would tell someone and who better then people who probably buy from them. Best of luck to you guys if you ever order from nopi.


I am so unbelievably pissed at this company and wish I was a little closer to them to take a drive over there and just lay into someone.

Ouch, that was pretty bad. That was even worse than my experience where I got double charged for not one, but two different orders, so my bank account went -$300+ and then when I did get my paycheck, I had to pay my car note, so I was living off $20 for about 2 weeks. When I called, they claimed it was my bank's fault, but when I called my bank, I found out Nopi was trying to put my card through about 5 times every order, so that's why I was getting dicked over......thank goodness there was a daily spending limit on my account, or else I would have got royally screwed, because that's the only thing that stopped the withdrawals.......

i had the same experience, when i tried ordering from their site i woudl get either of to errors, either Card Not Processed of Timeout, so i was ok i was not able to place my order but the next day the credit card company calls my dad and awsks if he accets the charges(since the card does not have a US adress, i live in Mexico) and he does not accept them, so they tried to charge me for a order that could not be place, so i callem up wondering if i woudl have better luck through the phone, and i awsk one of the salespesrons and he told me that they would never place an order where the shippping and billing adresses where different so i was like WTF first they try to charge my card, and then they say that they could not even ship it in the first place....
