ordering problems from asylum motorsports

Has anybody ordered from www.asylumms.com before and had problems getting an order ? I had ordered something from this website a week ago and it still has not been process. I try contacting anybody from this company by phone and email and no contact from anyone. This place has my order and payment type on file, but nothing has been process from this place and nothing has been heard from these people about my order. Is this place a fraud? Any advice for me on what to do?

Tsk,tsk,tsk...if only you had asked or searched before you ordered, you would have found that quite a few people have had bad experiences at Asylum. Best bet is to get your money back.

they'll get it done eventually, and they're honest enough. however it just takes a really really long time.

I ordered my exhaust from them early last summer and had no problems with them. If you haven't been charged, then you shouldn't worry too much. Cancel the order and try somewhere else.
