He posted a message that he was looking to buy a set of Ground Control coilovers. I told him I had a set that had been sitting in my garage for several months & I'd sell'em to him for $50 + whatever shipping costs there were. I explained to him that the rear upper spring seats were missing & that the factory spring seats should work. He wanted to buy them so I shipped the coilovers to him 2 days later & Emailed him the tracking number. He told me he was going to mail the money order the next day but that never happened. He waited & waited till 1 day when he Emailed me & told me that the coilovers arrived at his house (January 21st). He then proceeded to tell me that there was A LOT of stuff missing from them. When I asked him what he thought was missing he proceeded to name off things that Ground Control coilovers do not have (a.k.a. a wrench to turn the adjuster up & down so you don't have to use your hand). Anyways, 3 days (January24th) after he recieved the coilovers I Emailed him again to see if he had sent the money order & he told me that he was waiting until Tuesday (January 28th) when he could get the coilovers put on the car & make sure they fit & work. I told him thats fine & that on Wednesday (January 29th) I would expect either a money order to be mailed or for him to ship the coilovers back to me. It's now Friday (January 31st) & I have Emailed him quite a few times since Tuesday night & I have gotten no responses from him at all. I feel I have been pretty patient with him since I've given him 2 weeks since he recieved the coilovers to either send me a money order or to ship the coilovers back to me. I'll never trust this guy again but the rest of you can make up your own minds on whether to trust him or not.

P.S. - I'll edit this if I finally either get my coilovers back or he pays me.

not to flame or anything, but why the heck did you mail them before you your money for them?

It's not the money thats the real issue here, it's the principal of it. I was planning on throwing them away cause I'd never use them again but I saw that he was looking for some & I thought I'd try to help him out, I mean it's only $50 dollars plus the shipping, not like its alot of money.

Yes, I have Emailed him several times about this & he has responded to none of my Emails. At first he was Emailing me about it all the time asking if I had shipped them yet & asking for the tracking number. Last Email I got from the dude said that after he had them put on his car, if they fit fine, he'd send me the money order the next day, & if there was a problem with them, he'd ship them back to me. Well that was about 3 weeks ago & he hasn't responded to any of my Emails since the day he was supposed to have them put on the car. I have been more than patient with him, no doubt about that.
