I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to give MugenRacerX a big
. I was emailing/IMing back and forth with him between Nov 13th-19th. Was trying to buy 2 OEM fog light switches and the Civic rubber floor mats. Was either order from hparts.com or him, but seeing as he is a member here, I was looking to go with him even if it did cost a little more. Finally worked out a deal. Put in the order on Tues Nov 19th. Was told by him that they should have the 2 switches in stock and I should have the order by that Fri, the 22nd. If for some reason they didnt have it in stock, I would go out Mon at the latest and I would definitely have it by Fri the 27th. I told him I had to have them by the 27th cause that weekend was the only chance I would have to install. He all but guaranteed I have it by the 27th.
So I order it on the 19th and follow up with him like every day for a tracking #. Kept saying he is still waiting for it from the dealer. Finally get the email on the 25th. Says the order was just sent that day and I wouldnt receive it until Dec 3rd. So I email MugenRacerX and ask him whats going on. He told me that one of the switches was defective, so they had to delay the order. So I email him back and he doesnt respond. So I'm like F**k it, there's nothing I can do now since its already being shipped.
So I get home tonight and find a manilla envelope. Open it up and what do I find? One ef'ing switch. And thats it! I didnt even get my floor mats! If the delay was because there was a defect in one switch, why did I only get one total?? Grey even made some time and came out of his way to come over tonight to help me out and I didnt even get my ****.
I wouldve spent an extra $10 bucks to just order it elsewhere and get my stuff on time. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]

Krepoort.. i got my rubber mats from hondaacuraworld.com (free shipping).. they're cheaper compared to handaaccessories.com.. shipping is fast too. check them out..

You were givin the contact info straight to my supplier to give you the fastest responses to getting our delivery issue solved. I havent checked this forum for a while, but seeing as there are a few other people that has had problems, I'll post a follow up for anyone that cares.
I did eventually get all of my order. The thing that was annoying was that MugenRacerX basically wanted me to do all the legwork. After about 2-3 weeks of trying to go through him to get my stuff, all he could tell me was there was some problem with the shipper and the order should have gone out. I got my front and back mats (when I posted last) but still missing my 2nd switch. I tell MugenRacerX and he tells me I would now need to email the shipper (Tim) myself since he apparently couldnt get any straight answers from his own shipper. So I email the guy and he doesnt email me back. I tell MugenRacerX and now he says I'd have to call him. I was annoyed as hell cause I ordered from MugenRacerX, not 'Tim' and now I have to hunt down this dude, but I was like f**k it, I just want my stuff. I finally find the guy on Friday and he tells me that he personally put my 2nd switch (in an unmarked yellow envelope) in the box with the front mats and sealed up the box. I was at work when I called him so I had to wait till I got home to check. This is how the top of the box looked like..


and there was no switch in the box. The box was just sealed by a little piece of masking tape and it was already half opened when I received it, so I figured it must have dropped out while it was being shipped. So I call Tim again on Monday and let him know the condition of the box and no switch. He blamed UPS for loosing the 2nd switch. So he says he will overnight another switch to me but I still wouldnt get it till that Thurs or Fri (which makes no sense). I go pickup mail that night and see another yellow envelope. This envelope looks just like the original envelope I got..

and I finally got all of my order. I email Tim to tell him not to send another switch cause I got it. He replys and says UPS must have sent the packages seperately.....suuurre. So apparently, UPS decides to open up the box, take out an item within the box, print out a seperate mailing label (complete with different tracking #), and send it seperately. Yeah, that makes complete sense.
BTW, Tim also told me his tracking system was fried so he couldnt give me a tracking # for my mats and the 2nd switch. The mats went out on Dec 6. There's another feedback from tAkTicS saying he ordered some stuff on Dec 11th, but wasnt given a tracking # because of the system crash. Lets assume the system crashed on the 6th. Thats another 5 days (at least) that they are using the same system that they know is crashed. I would assume that if you know your system is crashed, you have it either fixed by the next business day, or find another way to get info that customers look for. :shrug;
Greg did actually refund $5 to me, but that just wasnt worth all the hassle.

i had him contact my supplier direct,...so that emails wouldnt have been wasted back and forth for days wasting more time, There UPS system is just screwed for some reason .... and they have no ETA on the correction time. I will be looking for another OEM supplier shortly, this is not fair to the customers nor me anymore.
