Obviously I don't know enough of the situation, but it seems that people on this site have had issues w/ Canada's custom and he may be telling the truth. Also, if he can show you proof he sent it and it was rejected why not just have him send you pics? That said, it does seem a bit odd that he'd want you to now send him a personal check after all this confusion.
Hope it gets squared away... My bet is that he wasn't trying to screw you over (as we've seen many times on this site, there are two sides of a story)

rules when shipping to canada: only send one box, contents must be declared new, made in usa, contents must be called in to approve that materials are safe, item should be listed as gift to reduce fees for recipient. dont follow these rules and you will have big problems.

Paypal is still saying that he doesn't have a balance in his account so they can't get my $500 back. I've given up though... I'm not expecting to get it back. My last resort is my credit card company. They said that they'll see if they can cover this under insurance, they'r suppose to get back to me today.
He knows that there's a thread here, and i don't know why he's dont defending himself.
Now he says he'll send me a refund....
Lets see if he actually sends it.

I always knew this ****in trick was shady. Just from how one time I asked him for advice about DC2 mirrors on an EM2. He was being a bitch just cause he was selling DC2 cf mirrors for our EM2's. ****in trick ***, and this isn't the first thread that's been made about problems with him. I say we vote to ban this SCAMMER! Hasn't even had the descency to reply and defend himself.

ok all you people who are goign to talk about me an ddont know me or hwathappened... you can pm kassim and i have refunded him half as of right now with personal check. i am no theif and i have soldmany items on here.so before you go bashing people get the facts strait. customes denied the package i sent him and it took 1 month to get back to me. i have nothing to hide and nothing to prove to any one. i know i am a faithfull selle rand i know kassim will nwo vouch for it. there is my defense .any other bogus things i can answer for you guys?

Lets see if he actually sends it. Not to take any sides, but it is yet to be determined if Kasimmm got the payment, and whether he'll get paid back in full. Also, if I spent $500 for something and over a month later I have nothing to show for it, I sure as hell wouldn't be patient either - would you?
As for HwnPryde_Civic, I think you do have something to prove to others, because it'll hurt your ability to sell if you don't prove you're an honest person. For all we know, the only reason you came to defend yourself was because it was hurting your other sales... i.e., when Kasimmm directed you to this thread you didn't respond, but when a potential buyer did, you reply.
Bottom Line: It's in your best interest to show that you're honest; it'll help w/ your sales

well.. even though he has no itrader points you gotta look at it as this... i have sold tons of items.. literally sold almost 100+ items on 7thgen alone... but if you look my trader point thingy only 13 of those people actually took the time to leave a trader point..

Hopefully i'll recieve either the rest of the $250 soon or the product that I was initially suppose to get. I had completely given up on this and thought I had lost my money but I appreciate that he made an effort to atleast send part of the payment.
I'm glad things are working out and that he's definately making an effort to work things out...
