I find it hard to believe you have done all those and still got no response. They are far from being a dead vendor, i talk to Chuck almost everyday. Sometimes they may not be able to send back a pm, calling them will get an answer every time, when were you calling?

omg no. this is a misunderstanding. i hadn't gotten an answer or any form of communication from them in a little over a week. i was asking dereck about it. thats why i made this thread. when showstoppersusa pmed me, i read it when i got on, and he said he was out of CF trunks. i just needed an answer. so i got it. im not calling them a dead vendor at all.
