Well a while back MXCIVIC had a slp fuel return kit for sale on the for sale forum. So I contacted him last monday with a few questions and on Tuesday I sent him $385 through paypal. Well I never heard from him ever again. He has my money and he ran off. I'm just letting my friends here on 7thgencivc not to buy anything from this ****ing *******. Any advice on what I can do. Thanks guys.

Paypal will only do a reverse transaction if there's enough money in the other person's Paypal account to cover it. If he transfers the money out of his Paypal account, then they will do zero for you.
