I believe that I've been scammed from an order off of this site. Has anyone ordered anything from "Wil San"?
I ordered a Revo shortshifter for my 03 on 1/6/06 and was to recieve it on the 12th. UPS tracking said "exception" because of a wrong address. I can't tell you how many times I gave them my correct address. So I emailed the website carsoption@carsoption.com about the issue on 1/13. I've emailed them everyday since trying to get a reply. Nothing.
I just want my short shifter. Please if anyone has any kind of contact to this site could you help me out? I am at a loss. I do have all the contact info. It's not hard to find. If he does not reply should I just contact his local 5-0 there in L.A.?

Tim is a great person for helping out people and solving issues. At times they may be overwhelmed with work due to shows, but it will get sorted out in time. I had an issue with the wrong product being sent to me and it was worked out great. I'll give carsoption props for my experience as it probably cost them to do business with me - in relating to shipping expenses.

I sent an email to twong@carsoption.com. Hopefully this can get fixed soon and not "in time". That's not customer service. This being my first experience w/ ordering from that site, I just don't know that I would again. Just depends on if I get my item or not.

I bought a REvo SS about two years back from carsoption. I had no problem... It should work out for you in the end though.
