i know this site has been messing up some orders in the past. i wanna order a type b front lip from here cuz it's only 115!! how has this site been doing as far as shipping and how long it takes?
from the time i have been on this forum, nothing but bad things from that site...
type-b lip for $115? thats a lot of money...unless thats the full kit. but try eBay with a good feedback rating.

Don't buy from StreetSTyler.com:
#1 it took 1.5 months to get my Type B lipkit
#2 they suck as far as customer service and email replies
#3 I am located in the same state as them and they still took forever with my lip
#4 THey charged my credit card $44,000.00 dollars. YES Fourty Four Thousand
They caused me alot of hassle and inconvience. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Ok everyone here is the truth, not the exaggerated truth. We have sold to many 7th Gen Civic members, many know us well and use us for a lot of their parts needs and unfortunately these posts are by confused customers. Hopefully everyone who reads this understands supply and demand. As a company who is not the manufacture, we try our best to keep items instock and just like any other company in the world, sometimes things sell faster than they can be made momentarily. Most times this results in higher prices but we have not had a price increase since we started selling that kit 2 years ago. The same cannot be said for our competitors.
AzNmiKex215, there is no way we can charge that much to a credit card. Our highest ticket amount we can charge is $750. You make it sound here that you had to pay that amount and I'm sure if you check with your CC company they will tell you that was a misprint on their part because that is impossible for us to charge that amount let alone 2% of that total. Again no follow up was written by him saying he never had to pay that money and that SS never really charged him that directly.
The Type B Kit is one of best sellers. It is made of good quality ABS and the fitment is good. The kit is a great alternative from body kits because these lip kits offer a great look for a fraction of the cost of a body kit plus costs of painting and prep. Unfortunately because it is such a good seller we can experience small delays in restocking the parts from the manufacture. Especially during the summer when most people decide to buy body parts they plan on putting on their car. And the manufacture needs time with body parts. Civicman1988 is wrong with a lot of things about his order. I know who he is by his messages because I dealt with him the entire time of his order. First off the order was placed by his girlfriend Aug 19. We had a short 2 week wait on more of the kit to arrive which is pretty good considering the avg. time from the manufacture is 4-6 weeks. The order shipped 9/3 and delivered within 2 weeks after that. Large boxes like the ones the kit ships in has a 2 week avg delivery time. So all in all it was roughly 30 days to complete the order. So even to today’s date that is 1.75 months, not the 2.5 months Civicman1988 says it was or is. Again we have no control over supply and demand but we did a good job coming up under the average time. Now about the cracks, no way do we ship any product already damaged. The shipping company must have mishandled the package. Sometimes this can happen, especially with body parts so as a company we pay for insurance on every package that leaves here. No way is Civicman1988 out anything. When Civicman1988 receive the box he said it had gashes in it and I asked why didn't you question it to the delivery guy and he said he though it didn't matter. Because he signed for the package without inspecting it like we recommend, he has to file for the insurance through the shipping company. Who will reimburse him for any of the damages caused by them. Once he gets that money from the carrier he can use it for anything he wants.
Anyone else who may have a problem or is not understanding what is going on with their order, or have questions before placing an order, you can email me and the rest of our customer service staff anytime at saleinquiry@streetstyler.com. Thank you for reading this because in these forums there is really not a lot of opprotunity for companies to defend themselves from accusations like the ones made on this thread.

well i just ordered the type b from robear. $140 is kinda expensive =( according to my bank statement, streetstyler never charged me even though they sent me an invoice. so i'm risking it and bought the lip of robear. if i get 2 lips in the end, i'll just sell it so i'm not that worried
