I ordered products (SPC camber & TEIN Basic) late on the 12th. Eddie even let me know that the SPC was in stock, but the TEINs were only arriving probably just the next day - so he'd only charge my card then. I insisted he charged it right away, as I wanted to ensure I didn't overdraw as I had other big purchases to make (mags). 19th came around and a package arrived (sooner than I expect (US > Canada)). Was disappointed in having such a small box from UPS - seeing as I had ordered a larger item. The other disappointment was the duty charged (though legal still sucks and was kinda expecting it still a downer) - especially when the brokerage fees (43$) are larger than the taxes (30$). Opening the package however, it was only the camber kit not the coilovers as well. I got busy and figured it was a second shipment coming - as like he stated on the phone, the coilovers were not in stock at the moment. I waited till the 22nd and then decided to give Eddie a call about the coilovers. On the phone, Eddie explained to me that there was a shipping delay on receiving them but he had them now and were in fact going out today. To compensate he'd have the Teins shipped overnight that day. I expressed my concern over the duty cost with UPS and Eddie was going to speak with his shipper to see what he could do for me on top of this overnight shipment. I was thrilled when I opened the door today (25th) to the FedEX driver with my coilovers at his feet, the earliest that Eddie said they would arrive. I felt like a kid in a candystore bringing the box in. I cannot wait to get them installed.
I would easily buy from Truehonda.com again, as shipping was fast and communication was easy. Eddie cares about his customers and it shows

Thanks bud, thanks so much and we have are doing as much as possible for CAN people to keep duties down. We found a system that takes delivery time up by 1-2 days but makes your duty 0!!!!!! Thanks again bud!

I ordered an HKS Hi-Power exhaust and Hawk pads from Eddie. He told me it would take a little while for HKS to get it to him. I had no problem with that at all. He kept me in the loop the whole time and called me to let me know when it was going to get to me. Well, it came on the exact day that he said it would.
I'm stoked on how good the customer service is at Truehonda. I have had problems with other vendors on this site, so the only place anyone should go is to Truehonda. Thanks again Eddie, if I need anything I will let you know!

Eddie I'm gonna need new rotors and pads, something better to replace the stock ones. Prolly not for a while, but I wanna get that stuff from you. Anything you would recommend? Thanks
just got the powerslots and the hawk hps pads like a week ago and there awsome so much better than the stock ones

Rep Power: 261 i was plan'n to get a set of yellows from him, but soon decided to save more for coilovers. but anyways, although i didn't buy from him, his replies are real quick, and answers all ur questions
I had talked to him thru PM's about an exhaust system. He recommended the HP Racing Special H26 Full header + cat to me over a DC Sports header. I decided to go with his recommendation, and went ahead and ordered thru his website. Stupid me, ordered the wrong part, but he was kind enough to call me at home, and explain to me that I ordered wrong. He instantly refunded my money, and I was able to order the right part. Never have I seen such great service! I will definetly be ordering with TrueHonda for a long time.

Rep Power: 277 I would like every one to know the great customer service, that this vendor provides. I wish to thank everyone at truehonda for honoring the price i was quoted. There was a misquoted price on the website and they honored the price anyway. These guys made no money on this purchase but they now have a devouted (sp) customer for life. Please feel safe about giving your hard earned money to these great people.
