I ordered a type-r rear back in february, everything was going fine. I got a tracking number but then I Was told that ups had broke the lip. so ok. I waited for a new one. He told me they were in the process of moving to a new location. so ok I gave it a little time. Now I try and call him he doesnt answer his phone. I email him and no replies. Everytime I see him post on here I post after him and he just completely ignores me. I payed through paypal is there anyway I can get a refund?

well if they're moving, obviously there is no way to contact him unless you have a cell number. He's an honest guy from what I know and has helped out alot of people here with free info. Just wait and see what he says.

Well I dont think im ever getting my rear lip from him. I understand he may be a good guy, but for me he ripped me off. He wont answer phone calls, and he wont return emails.

dude.. well first of all i work 3 jobs to let you know which is the reason sometimes i'll answer my phone and sometimes i dont.. i know i know my mom gets mad at me too... everytime she calls she yells at me for not answring the phone...lol.. anyways...i offered you your money back many times and you didnt want it.. u said u would rather wait for the lip to come back in again and/or i send you another one.. did you not say that or was i imagining that??... like i said in another forum is that if you want to wait our shipment is finally coming in about a week and a half... basically you have 3 options i am offering...
1. i am still waiting for UPS to process my claim of the lip.. remember when i gave you the tracking number back then.. well they damaged the damn thing so now there are refunding me the cost of the lip. So you can wait for the claim to go through and i give you the money back
2. like a said shipment is coming in soon so give me a call august 25th or 26th after lunch.. thats my day off next week and i can send you another one.
3. or i can give you your money back... i'll just use my pocket money and reefund you the lip and i'll reimburst myself when the UPS claim has been processed...

ok, yes after ups broke the first one. I said i'd wait. I called you and you were in the process of moving. You said you had one but you could not get to it due to the process of moving. I said ya i'd wait not thinking it would take 3months.
