ok I spoke with barney about buying a type S bov about 3 1/2 to 4 months ago. he said BOV and flange. well I buy it and it gets here but no flange. so i pm him and he says he has it at home and forgot to send it but he will call his wife and have her send it. then I pm him again the he said it would get sent, Not sent. 1 month goes by and I ask where it is. Well he needs to get one from "His guy" even though he had one at his house that his wife was supposed to send .another month goes by and he still hasn't gotten it in. so I ask him to send me paypal for however much he gets them for and i'll pay the diff. Well no response to any of those pm's. . I keep bugging and he tells me He has it and it was to be sent monday"I PROMISE!" well barney promise wasn't worth anything. I pm him monday and no response even though I checked his activity and saw he was on after i pm'ed him. I PM again tuesday no response but he was acitive. PM wed. he was on again, no response. and he was just on 20 min ago and no response. Take in mind that he doesn't live in japan or anything he lives in coco, fl and im in Miami. only about 2.5 hours away. So I have an appointment to get my boost dyno tuned next monday. I started installing already and it has to be done by next weekend and the dam flange that was suppsed to be hear 4 months ago is going to throw me all off. A mans only as good as his word! If he can't send me a flange and I live this close to him I def. wouldn't trust him to send something more Important accoss country .I was patient enough and didn't want to put you out there but you lied and broke your word

well this is the I don't have the part and im gonna lead me on phil. I really wouldn't be this pissed if he told me after I first bought it and asked about the flange if he told me he made a mistake and he didn;t have it. then I would have gone out and baught one 3 months ago. but now Im cutting it close to miss my tunning date and now im stuck because I kept waiting be cause he always told me it was coming. the he told me it was sent monday and he keeps dodgeing my pm's. I hate when people want to play games.IMO even if you screwed up be a man and take responsibility for it. don;t make a million excuses. now im screwed 10x harder

that sucks but could have been worse... my neighbor bought a fully-built ls/vtec mtr off ebay for $4000 and got scammed. Still hasnt seen any money.

personally i don't see barney as the Take you money and run kinda guy, i mean c'mon he drives a purple civic all day, by his choice, why would a guy in a purple civic intentionally rip you off of a flange this whole time?? he's prob been real busy, give him a call and make him reimburse you... you'll be good

all i can say is keep hassling him to send you the flange, or send you money for reimbursement on from the one you purchased, that's the only thing that needs to be done now, and everyone is better, he'll still have a bad rap from you, but all mends with be tied

before I ordered my flange I asked him to paypal me the amount that he buys them for to me and i'll pay the difference, but he responded back that he promised he would send it last monday.

Warning if any member of this forum is caught selling an item and does not deliver the item after numerous attemps and after full payment has been made will be permanantly banned from this site..

So basically if the transaction goes bad or someone gets conned he should be kicked out permanantly......

^^ word that sounds good to me.I trust the people on this forum more than the others because I have been here for a while and everyone here is always so helpful, so I have no reason to worry about it, until someone comes along and screws it all up. If he would have told me he didn;t have the flange after I first paid for it then it would have been cool. but he had to lie and blow smoke up my @$$ and now I was down to the last 2 days that I had to have it and had to pay more for it and pay for overnight shipping.

personally if he can't respond to this thread inmmediatly after it was made then he's guilty. people who are innocent always respond promtly to keep there rep in tact. only exception is if they were on a vaction but still how hard is it to get on the net nowadays or at least say your going somewhere. Busy? bahhhh poor excuse. 5 minutes at most to reply. i guess people rather surf ****.

The B.O.V. type s from greedy does not come xith a flange. I sold a brand new $220 bov to you for a 1/5 of that. I said I would give you a flange for free.

As for my activity, I might of came on here to get a number or e-mail address but I don't always have a chance to check them right away. Just because I was on here after you pmed me dosn't mean I recived it or viewed it.

I have been on this website longer than a lot of you. I know Derek the owner and creator. Talk to him he will tell you that I am a good guy. I have sold him parts and bought parts back off of him.

When I am away working, I don't have a chance to sign on the net. I don't sign on to 7thgen just to see what people are saying about me. Since I was gone I did not have a chance to read my pm's, hence that is why it was full.

you sold the price at the price you did thats makes no difference to me. I asked if the flange was included and you said yes. the fact is plain and simple you lied about your wife having it and you lied about not having it after and you lied about sending it on last monday. BOTTOM LINE IS THAT YOU PLAIN OUT LIED ON 3 OCCASIONS. if it's not a big deal to you that you lied to a customer then thats your perspective. As for the age group of this board it seems alot of members are mature enough to tell the truth even when they screw up, but aperntly you need to grow up and learn better business ethics and not lie about sending something. as for not reciving my pms I will be sure to have a moderator check when you viewed them because they have that ability and I don;t know about you but when I and ever other member on this forum gets a PM a screen pops up right in your face and lets you know. Maybe your too old for this forum and need to get your eyes checked POPS. I never lied about her having it. She did in the warehouse. She sent it out with a turbo kit. It should of been to you already. I am going to call ups and find out a tracking number.

well when did you send the package. I asked neon impact if you got the pms and he said you did recive it but did not read so i can admit you are busy. I mean how long can it take to get from coco to ft. lauderdale? theres no real way to resolve this because I already have the flange now. whats was the tracking number and whats your number? I never said you should be banned. I don't know you personally either. All I stated was if you knew there was a problem resolve it promtly.
