Bought an Injen CAI, asked him about the condition and he said it was in good shape. When i got it it seemed that he failed to mention that he had cut it into 3 pieces. What a jackass. Dont buy from sw388integra. he's a liar and a thief.

maybe he had a AEM bypass on it? I needed to cut it to put one in.

he originally bought that intake from me, and when I bought it, i bought it from another member here. The guy I bought it from also didn't mention that it was cut in 3 piece but later I found out that he had put a bypass valve on it which I was gonna plan on doing later on. So I was cool about it, your going to need to get a bypass valve anyways unless you don't want to get water into your engine

if you dont want a bypass, you can get a coupler and clams to put it back together for like $6 at an auto store and it will look like it just came with them.

just the fact that he didnt say anything about it. pisses me off. And i had my AEM CAI for a year or so and never needed the bypass. Thats on my GF's car now so i wanted another CAI.

Anyone have pics of how this one goes in? I'm havin trouble. The AEM was easy but this one is a pain.
