he responded to one of them saying that he was going to refund the money back to me by 6-11-2004, nothing yet...so it looks like i will be filing a complaint with PayPal

Rep Power: 344 paypal protection is crap.
did u send with credit card funding?
always pay with credit card. paypal wont be able to do anything if the seller has withdraw all money and transfer it out of that bank account its linked to. only thing paypal can do is get whatever money they can outta that bank account.
this is why when you change funding source to a credit card in paypal, they always say "are you sure? you'll lose a chance to win 1,000" etc. etc.
this is so they wont be liable for scams...
if u use the credit card to get a chargeback though, your paypal account might be closed.

Rep Power: 288 Falken: this is what we will do, we will find where this fu(ker lives, then we'll take paints, make plaster molds of them, then take those old stink bombs that are in those little glass viels freeze them, then shoot them through his window on his car so they melt and absorb into his seat i was gonna do that to my ex or we can just let cat bait sit out for a week then blanket his a/c with it
