i ordered a bunch of stuff for my girls 02 lx coupe from robear and to tell you the truth i was very dissapointed. we ordered a dc sports tcs system and they called us like 2 days after the order was placed to tell us that it was discontinued. so we selected the hks axle back. then her skunk 2 **** she wanted was on backorder. so we cancelled the ****. then the aem cold air intake was gonna take 3-4 days to get there. so they had to ship it seperate. we also ordered a full camber kit. the front cam bolts were for a rsx. i looked on revo website to see if they would work. no there were 2 different part numbers. so we call them and they said it was revos fault for packaging the kit wrong. well shouldn't they have checked it before it came to me. then they told me i would have to wait a week while the other parts came in. in the meantime my gf is in tears from the stress of dealing with all the setbacks. im sorry but if i owned a business like robear and a customer got something other than what they ordered, i would immediately overnight the correct parts to them. not even having something as simple as a shift **** or a cold air intake in stock for a car that i am a vendor for on the website devoted to it? i found a place much closer than cali with great prices. i already ordered a replacement filter for her intake from this dealer. the one that came with the intake from robear.....was destroyed when we pulled it out of the box. i don't plan to do any business with robear in the future.

Wow. I know you're angry about this transaction with Robear, but Prod was just saying that this bad transaction with Rob was a fluke. Prod is accepting that the transaction between you and robear has gone sour (therefore he is not accusing you of lying), but Prod is saying that Robear treats his customers well 9 times out of 10. Therefore this is a fluke, or a freak incident, or an incident that does not normally happen. Prod was saying that this incident is ODD because robear is normally good to his customers. Therefore Prod was probably kind of wondering why this FLUKE happened. He is not in any way calling you a liar so you do not need to get all flamed up with your gallstones in an uproar, bro.

Oh yeah, and it really sucks that you have to deal with a problem like this. I know that I HATE dealing with buyer/seller mix-ups through e-mail/paypal on eBay. I hope you get everything straightened out.

OK..i will at least post my side of the story.

This was an online order, Which they did order a DC exhaust (which has been bought by AEM) and they have dis-continued alot of there exhaust applications. Only way to find one is to locate a distributor that has one in stock from a previous order. They also ordered a SKUNK2 **** (which Group-A - aka. SKUNK2) that has been on back-order from last year. I never charged them for the ****. They also ordered a Blue AEM intake which i did not have in stock, but shipped 2 days later after i got one from AEM. It was shipped seperately.

Back to the DC exhaust. I called them, polity letting them know the exhaust was dis-continued and I have removed it from the website. Because they have an LX, not too many exhaust exits for this vehicle. I offered the HKS rear section, and they chose it. I did not haggle them or force them into the sale. In fact, I did not charge them until i called them and had the order gone over numerous times.

About the REVO. I apologize about the packing error, we offered to have the kit picked up and another set shipped. Not sure what else we can do. I also offered a 100% refund on the camber kit.

I am sorry you wont do business again, but we try our hardest everyday to make all of our customers happy and get them what they ordered in a timely manner.

See, robearracing are nice people. Rob is a great guy. Like I said before, you should of called in your order. And also with the camber kit, I can understand if you wanted them to overnight the correct part to you, but it wasnt there fault as they claimed, if it was robearracings fault, then I would understand. Just understand also that these people do alot of business to people all over the world, and they try there hardest to make every customer happy. It would be different if this happened all the time. But all I hear are good things from them, and I give them the highest respect, they are a great business to deal with.

and the filter that was demolished? my bottom line is there was some sort of glitch with every item i ordered. and we were offered the oppurtunity to get the camber kit returned and and get the correct parts in a week. no refund was offered. and if its done online with correct part numbers chosen and it prints out of the computer, there is little room for error. i have worked in retail as management. when something comes in you verify it is the correct item. 1/2 civic and 1/2 rsx is not a civic camber kit. this should have been noticed when the item was recieved from revo. im not flaming anyone, not here to **** someone off. just stating that i have never had a transaction like this before. and to to all the grammar kids. GROW UP!!!!! find something better to do with your time than correct people all the time. i am hardly illiterate.

Having worked in services, I can tell you that no matter how hard you try to do your job, there will ALWAYS be someone who is not satisfied. If something goes wrong, they will blame it on you and will not accept events that are not in your control as a reason. Everything should go perfectly for them or they will give you a piece of their mind and more.

You have to remember we're human. Robear didn't state they where perfect either on their website. Mistakes happen, deal with them in a mature manner instead of crying and telling people what you're going to do to them. If RoBear is going to take care of your problem you shouldn't be complaining. Another thing from my experiences with RoBear everything went fine. 99% of his transaction do, so relax he's going to take care of you.

Hey look, we are not here to flame you man, all we are saying is alot of people on here have had experience with robearracing, and everyone, including me have seen nothing but good things from them. you should still buy from him, there are excellent sellers. great prices and good customer service.
