Rep Power: 0 024drlx it seems as though you think he had something to do with the facotr of your claim going through but to my knowledge the vendor has nothing to do with it when it was damaged during shipping which is something he can't control nor can you or even the company that shipped the part out..... I understand being upset but put yourself in his shoes as to where there wasn't anything that could be done...
well at least let me know what is going on. this is him:

Rep Power: 0 I had to wait a little over a month for my exhaust and headers to come in. But he actually kept me well informed of what was going on. Granted he was not correct in saying it would only take 4 to 5 days but when I called him wondering what was going on he said that his vendor had the exhaust on back order and was waiting to get it in stock. After that he got me a more accurate date for when it would be coming in, which it did. That was Oct 2003. In December I order some wheels which he got to me within 5 days.

Circa-X and overall I am very satifisfied with his company.. It took a while for my suspension but only because as he explained the item was on back order and as soon as I canceled that order and changed it the suspension was sent out right away... I have recieved the suspension and the kit...

ya i just got my b&g coilovers and spc camber kit from circax.. my overall experience with him was great.. i will defintetly buy back from him again...it took a week and half for my items to arrive to my house which was pretty fast considering it was ups...

Rep Power: 0 i kno this thread is a lil old but i live about 5 minutes away from circa X. he has not gone out of business and he has a shop, he doesnt run out of his house garage as some thought. i kno a lot of ppl locally that go thru him and none of them have had a problem, now that could be b/c they r local and could really get him if he tried to **** them, maybe he just tried to screw u over cause its the internet... idk. but i vote not to ban him, i will continue to buy from him b/c i havent had a problem with him. im sry if u guys have had problems but who knows he might be having problems. im not completey sticking up for him, i kno its very wrong that some of u got screwed! but how many ppl have bought from him b4 and have not had a problem?? at a time he was a big name here and many ppl liked him i believe. i personally dont think this should ruin his rep, put a **warning** with his name.. yes, but give him another chance. and if he ****s up again then u can get rid of him but i just dont think he should be banned YET
i never had a problem with him before in buying my camber kit, but htat was a longgggg time ago. but sorry to hear you guys aren't getting your products..if he aint honest just let him be banned

i didnt really read all the posts on here but it seems to me that these people are kinda shady. i know my rep is not perfect either but i am not a business. these so called businesses should be trying to build a good rep towards its customers not a bad one.
