Circa X--- Again.

Well, since my other one got locked, here is another.

It had been over 2 months now and I still have not received my carbon fiber honda emblems from him. He also even gave me a fake tracking number to shut me about 2 weeks ago. I checked the number again today and it still hasn't showed up in their system.

Thats nothing Gotti......In November I purchased a Neuspeed X brace and a Progress sway bar. Just the other day I received the Progress bar after coming on here wanting my girlfriends credit back to her card. He said the Neuspeed X Brace is on its way from Fed Ex....yeah right...........but you know what? He doesnt reply to his emails I send him nor answer his phone. I spent so much time trying to contact him. Well your not the only one.

Anyone noticed how he never reponds to his threads? Like his body kits thread, or the one when he was selling wheels for X-mas. Hell I had the money ready and posted about buying some wheels in the beginning of Dec. He said the sell was going on til the end of the year. Well I never heard from him. Tons of people post in his threads and he never responds. You think with the people posting about wanting to buy this or that he would contact you. I guess he doesn't want to make any money here. I say f*ck him. Get his *** off of this site. He has caused too many people problems.

i am thinking twice about the b&gs coilovers that i am supposed to get from him.. i was planning on to order them this week with the spc camber kit.. anyone else had problems with him...anyone else knows where i could get the b&g's for lower than 890 shipped?he seems like a legit person in his emails ..

when he knows you're pissed or he owes you something, he wont pickup the phone or talk to you on AIM. get his *** off the site, seriously. he's just a ripoff, he doesnt even personally carry the products he sells, he's always like 'i have to pick them from the supplier' or some **** like that. doesnt answer phone calls, IMs, PMs, emails, nothing until you publically call him out. and even then, he seems to have 0% shame now.

Yup. I was super nice when I kept asking when the neons were coming. Apparently they really weren't in stock, so he had to wait for a supplier. If you don't mind waiting a few months for your stuff, and you won't get pissed, then go ahead and buy from him.

Otherwise, there are plenty of other awesome vendors here that will hook you up.

Im still waiting on my stuff too. He wont asnwer my calls, PMs, IMs, or emails.

My car is sitting in the shop waiting on my kit and headlights and grille. They were supposed to be shipped out over 2 weeks ago and he promised they would be, he then went on vacation out of country for a week and still had not shipped them out. I finally get in touch with him after that, beginiing of this week and he tells me they are shipped and if i give him a couple minutes he will send me tracking numbers VIA email. Never got them, and now i left messages and kept calling and he wont respond. I called Tsunami directly and found out whats going on. Auggie at Tsunami then called him and he picked up the phone and told Auggie that he forgot to place my order. But Tsunami said he would call me back today with my tacking number for my kit.

This is ridiculous. Chris at Circa-X, please call me, I am be costed money for my car sitting in the shop waiting on parts you promised weeks ago!

EDIT:

Recived an email about 30 minutes ago with a tracking number. Tracking number says unavaialbe when i look it up though? Maybe it hasnt gone into the system yet?

I'm on the ban wagon also... I ordered a full body kit and a full suspension set up from him 3 weeks ago monday... I recieved my kit in a week with no tracking info or anything it kinda just showed up so I was expecting the Suspension not to be to far away.. Well its going on 2 weeks since I got my kit and I have yet to get my suspension... Yeah I was trying to get a hold of him also when he was out of town the week before last... I finally got a hold of him this past monday and he tells me the suspension is out of stock and that the supplier said he was getting a new shipment this week, well its friday and still no info from him and suprise suprise he doesnt answer the phone... We need some feed back from you man....

wordd.. well i am going to try my luck.. i ordered the b&g coilovers for my ride and also the full spc camber kit from circax. today .. ...i just hope i get it within this month...i could wait for the shipping cuz it too cold to install it now...no one else had the B&g for that price...wish me luck

Tell me about it...I would have my car back already if it wasnt this for this. The only customer service Im getting is from Tsunami directly who is keeping on contact with me about my situation. He thought that it was extremely weird I had a tracking # for it cause he didnt send one out...

I order from Circa-x in support of the site and support the sponsors and I get screwed. Next time I will be using Rob at Tornactive, he is a great guy to work with and communicates with his seller, and GUESS THIS....HE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!

Hey Circa-x, will any of us be getting discounts for these situations? I am stuck paying for my car to sit at a shop because of parts you GARUNTEE'D would be here by now.

Going to happen....NO

This is just such a frustrating situation. He assured me it would be sent on 2 week ago today (friday) and said that that was the LATEST it would go out (Ordered it 1-13). He then goes out of country for 1 week. Comes back, finally get in touch with him Tuesday of this week, he tells me everything is on the way and if i will just give him a couple minutes he will email me tracking numbers. TOTAL LIES, never did and did not asnwer phones, emails, etc. Its now Saturday morning almost and Tsunami has no order from him for my kit and the projectors and grill he supposedly had "in stock" arent even here. DAMMIT!
