Ok here's the situation. On December 11th 2003 I purchased a trunk lid from him for $200. I sent the money through paypal. Today Jan 24th, I still have not recieved my trunk. Everytime I question him about it, he continues to give me excuses and promises that he will find out what happened. I sign on to AIM and see him online but a few seconds later he signs off. I filed a complaint with paypal to see if I could get my money back but due to the fact that it was after 30 days there was nothing they could do. He's popular on the boards and his feedback were ok. Any suggestions?

that sucks, hope u get ur money back. i was planning on getting that trunk but i didn't. glad i didn't. i still got another black trunk lid if ur interested. maybe u can get his address or something and call the police in that area or something. im sure catalyst would have it.

Ok well i found out some more information on it, apparently it got sent to a totally different state somewhere up north. so ups will send it back to him and he will reship it fedex. I'll clear his name when I get my package..
