i just bought the rims/tire package from them and although it took awhile (it was on backorder)...approx. a little of 2 weeks till i got it. im happy to say that they are in good condition and im going to throw them on my car tonight. these guys are very professional, gave a tracking number, replied to my emails promptly (usually by the next business day) and informed me when they sent my order out. the packages delivered by ups were in good shape and the packaging was put together well. all in all, i give www.whalentire.com two thumbs up
