Urban Import Inc: Hi just wanted to let you know the coilovers left Hayame today you should have them tomorrow. He was supposed to forward me a tracking # but didn't. I can get it for you tomorrow but they are definitly on the way and you shuld have them tomorrow

I ordered my Hayames from him and the service is great. Probably the best i've experienced with. There were problems with my Money Order because of the Post Office but Michael worked with me and got me my coilovers 2 days after he received my payment. Great guy to work with.

^YEAH! first they were to be shipped by him and i was going to get them early next week..........after two days of not hearing back i ask if they go that tracking number, and i got nothing but "i will email it to you as soon as i get it" a day later i ask again (friday the fourth day without a tracking number) then i mike tells me that it's being shipped from hayame, so im like ok cool cause he told me that it would only take a couple of days cause there located in cali...............after that i call in to my work and take the day off cause he told me that they would be coming in on tuesday of this week.......they never came. Now it's thursday and i have no one to wait at my house cause everyone is pissed off cause i asked them to waste there time setting at my house for a package that never came.

We shipped them from Hayame to save time as opposed to them coming from the east coast. I gave you the estimated delivery date on the UPS tracking # when you called (you didn't ask for the tracking # when you called, you just asked when they were coming). The estimated delivery date was off by one day and then when they tried to deliver no one was home. In the future you may want to call UPS at 1-888-PICK-UPS to arrange a delivery time or alternate delivery address so you don’t have to plan your life around a delivery.

Well I purchased some DropZone coilovers from these people awhile back and when I went to have them installed, my shop guy told me they were for an earlier Gen Civic..So to get my car drivable again (because the front strut was already cut) I had to rush order some Skunk2's. Several emails during that time with these people and now I'm trying to dump these things on Ebay.
$100+ for nothing.

I'm not sure who you are but if we sent you the wrong part I'm sure we would have had no problem replacing it with the correct one.

Thats what I thought. But I had to go back and forth with whoever, trying to get something done. I even sent pictures of these damn things and still nothing. Yeah they verified the part number on the box, doesn't explain why the contents were the wrong ones.
