This dude is a f*cking douche. Never buy from him again.

I had one good transaction (my first one) so I went to him for more stuff.

I ordered 2 CF Honda emblems (a month ago) and I ask him yesterday where they are. They're still at FedEx I hear. Wonderful.

I order a Wings West g5 rear at the same time, where is that at you may ask? According to him, his vendor still has it. Awesome.

Now, the topper. My mom wanted to know what I wanted for Christmas. Greddy Evo catback. I gave him his number (my first mistake). She orders from him, he says it'll be in by Christmas. Guess what, its Christmas Eve and that f*ckin thing isn't here.

Also, I ordered headlights from him. I canceled before they shipped out, and at the time said I'd take a store credit. Well, now I want that money back, and he is basically just d*cking me over here too.


An example of good business by Mr. Circa

This is the kind of professional service Circa provides. Sure, I said some things to provoke him, out of pure anger, but he, as the businessman, should expect such words.

Whatever you do, save your time and buy from someone else. Well, that is unless you don't mind waiting an extra month or 2 to receive your stuff.

wow ........circa x? i never bought anything from him but he always seems so legit and honest and has so many great group buys for us! but hey im not gonna knock him for one bad transaction ....it could of been because of the holidays or something i don't know but sorry you went thorugh that man!!

amazing that people only post what the deem necessary to post, not the whole thing, the holidays are tough on everyone and everyone has to realize that, i try to get everyones order out on a timely manner... also the G5 rear oh wait i gave him the tracking # on that already but due to the holiday it won't go anywhere outside of the fed ex house until friday.... amazing facts and logic to the holidays... Greddy is impossible for me to stock and to go direct with due to the fact that there is another shop in the restricted area of allowance, so i have to go through a vendor in cali that has never given me any problems, they said they would do there best to get it to him by the 24th, it didn't happen i'm sorry but there is nothing i can do...

That wasn't what I meant about going back on my words. I knew I'd get the money back. What I was pissed about was the FACT that you personally told my mother the exhaust would be here for Christmas. I think you should somehow be responsible for its late arrival. Instead, you bitch and moan about how it isn't your fault, basically saying "tough ****."

circa is good biz. ive bought my clarion 7inch touch screen from him. he was gonna charge me like 1500 but i found a cheaper price online for 1295 and he matched it for me no problem. i just had to show him where i founded it. hes good in my books. got in within like a week and a half to.

if it makes you feel any better i payed for an altezza grille on August 5th 2003 and still haven't recieved it... he said he's been trying to get his hands on one and finally told me his vendor just sent them out... it is now December 25th...
in all honesty, you should have told me you didn't have any in before saying "sure you can get the TYC's and altezza grille for $225.
now, i'm sure everytime i talked to you you were being honest with me, but after 4+ month's it feels like i'm getting douched.
i did get the TYC's though...

i ordered some black TYC projectors from circa-x, and he even lowered the price for me because i was goin though some troubles, i got them within 4 days, im in NY. I talk to him all the time on aim about products and managing stuff, IMO he is a cool guy!

To be a manager/owner of a company during the holiday seasons is very hectic! I know of A LOT of company owners (friends parents) and they were hardly home... They were going crazy!

Im sure this was all just one big mess up! Im really sorry to hear what happend to you Gotti, you have every right to be upset... But a lot of times its the shipping company aswell.

Ask "AMhtown01" about me... I shippd him OEM Headlights one time... It took him like a month to recieve it! I also sent him HIDs... I sent them a month ago aswell, and accourding to American Postal they have it... But, Havent gotten to him? He is goin to go down to his postal office to see if its there, Hopefully it is!

Well, You got a refund... And thats money takin away Circa-x. Most of the time online companys only give store credit... Honestly, put yourself in his position... I wouldnt want to give money back to anyone. Also dont know whats goin on with him $ wise... He may be in debt or somethin? I dont know.

Hope you get your stuff in the mail! I will be ordering some Varad UnderNeons from him soon! I just need to build up some $

This is the worst excuse anyone can make.

Then don't do business if you can't handle it. It's simple as that. If it is just too much, then limit how many orders you take instead of making empty promises. Hire more people if you have to. Everyone knows it gets hectic but I know many small businesses that have thrived under the holiday season. And it is only fair that customers hold every business to that standard.

I don't know what companies you dealt with, but companies refund money especially for cases where they don't even get the product.

i ordered TYC's from circa-x and let me say I was not happy. i told the guy i needed them shipped early because I needed them for a car show. he ensured that they would be shipped on time and it only ended up in more delays. he didn’t ship them out, and i didn’t have them in time for the show. shipment of an item such as TYC headlights took him almost 3 weeks. ask dizwikedcivic from the forums, he knows all about it.

heres my argument. if a business such as circa-x is getting all these complains about delays, and bad service, how can we trust this guy? well not necessarily trust, but why would you want to buy from him? look at rob from tornactive. he's been working with 7thgen for a long time and to this day i have yet to see any major complains. that guy always ships stuff out fast, has prompt responses to emails, and is a great guy to talk to. the guy from circa-x however likes to screw around with orders, not get **** down, and acts almost as immature as my 11 year old cousin.

case closed, circa x is more trouble than good. it's not worth the extra dollars in your wallet. pay more, take your business to a more respectable shop.

i think what twizzx means is that circa-x shouldn't go out and try to expand if he can't even keep up with what he is already doing.
i bet your friend's father work's his *** off (hence he is not home most of the time). i also bet your friends father knows that right now, he cannot open another store just because he is so bogged down with things to do. it's not so much the fact that circa-x isn't getting more help, it just seems to me that he is trying to do business by expanding onto the internet when he really isn't ready to keep up with it.
