my parents ordered my rear bumper from Infinity Racing on or around Dec 9. I have been trying to contact them through e-mails, but their customer service is crap. They said that I would have the bumper by Christmas and that it was shipped out last wednesday (Dec. 17). I have been constantly e-mailing them asking for a tracking number and the shipping company, but i keep getting "we will have it tomorrow" and crap like that. They keep saying stuff like "we need to get the tracking information from our california location" and other crap like that too. Does anyone know a phone number for this company or have any advice on what to do? E-mailing them just isnt working and their phone number isnt listed on their site. Thanks for the help.

so far, their company is a bunch of crap. now they are saying i wont even have the bumper by x-mas. they said i would have the tracking info by the end of today, but yet again i havent heard from yet with the info. this is one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with and high suggest you not buy from them. i dont even thing they shipped my bumper like they said with the way things are going so far.
