Here's the deal: I ordered an OEM style spoiler from them on the 19th of Spetember, painted and everything. The web site clearly states 5-7 days until shipped. Well, the spoiler is bought and paid for (I have the online reciept), but it's been almost a month now without a sign of my spoiler. According to their site, it hasn't even been shipped!!!! I've sent 3 E-mails with no response. It would be understandable if they were on back order or something, but they're leaving me in the blue! Has anybody else had problems with spoilerdepot.com???? I'm calling their hotline tomorrow and talking to a representative.

yea people from ephatch had great experiences with them. so im not sure about your case. im guessing backordered or getting painted..

I'm just ticked off, because they haven't responded to any of my e-mails. I can understand if its on back order, or it being painted. I just hate being left out of the loop.

I won an OEM style spoiler for my car about 3 weeks ago and paid for it the day I won it. They never responded to my emails asking about the status of my order, but surely enough it came UPS yesterday.. Great product but I wouldn't deal with them again

Holy Shiat, that is the same company I bought my spoiler from. Get this though. I bought it and had it painted as you did. It took over a month to get it, but, when I got it, it had a huge a$$ scratch on top of it. I called them immediately, cant remember the number but spoke toa guy named Roger, anyway, they told me to send it back to them and they will inspect it to see about fixing it. I waited like a week, no calls, no emails, nothing. I called this Roger guy back, like 5 times before I could get ahold of him, he then tells me that I SCRATCHED THE DAMN THING, I was like, WTF are you talking about. It totally looks like someone scratched it during packaging, cause I was damn carefull opening the package cause it had those friggn big staples in the box, which I removed all of them before opening the box in fear of scratching it. They said I had to pay an extra like $100 to get it redone, I was soo pisst. I biatched him out for quite some time then he decided that they would fix it and call everthing even after I pay $50 for everything. I said to hell with it, I paid the $50 and told him that I will never do business with them again, of course not, they only have spoilers, now I got mine, what was I thinking...Geesh. Anyway, I should have made a post when this happened but I didnt. Sorry. Good luck with your spoiler bro!

Damn that sucks man, spoilerdepot really seem like some jackasses when it comes to keeping contact with their customers, they NEVER contacted me after I sent them around 5 emails. Seriously folks, stay away from spoilerdepot.com unless you can deal with shitty customer service
