what's up with vendors here?

Well about two weeks ago I ordered some stuff from hondawerx and Circa X. I still have not received the items or even a tracking number. I was expecting delivery mid last week but nothing came and now it's hard to talk with either of them. I'm not mad, just worried cause I wanted to get these parts installed before winter and it's taking time. Maybe I'm just nervous from bad experiences in the past. What do you think?

Wow, I got my stuff ASAP from hondawerx.

My last order from Circa X got here in four days when it was supposed to take seven.

However, I ordered some pedals from OBBN and I'm about ready to strangle that S.O.B. if I don't get a reply.

i talked to circa-x earlier...they're backed up i guess...ordered my spc camber kit 2 saturdays ago...still waiting on it...the person i talked to said it was shipped already...just wait patiently i guess...

I've never EVAR had a problem with Hondawerx. Greg is awsome and does a great job with his business. He isn't a mass producing company, it's basically just him by himself and he also runs several other businesses. He has to rely on his vendors to get him the product too so sometimes it's their slow deliveries at fault.

Greg contacted me about the kit saying it will be another couple weeks more due to warehouse probs. That's not his fault. But circa x I still haven't heard from after 2 weeks!

i ordered an altezza grill and TYC projectors from Chris on 8/09/03... i got the TYC's on 9/25/03 and have yet to get the grill... i'm gonna call him tommorow to see whats up.

guys yall haveno idea. i order kaminari ram air hood with carbon fiber insert in the first quater of the summer and till today have not recieved my hood from circa-x. this is getting close to 6 months for waiting on my hood, i pretty much fed up here too. did talk to the whole seller and ask him about it and the same story as the hood was damage and waiting for the shiping people to pay. HE OFFER ME TO WAIT OR HIM TO FIX THE HOOD AND GIVE THE HOOD TO ME. CAN'T BELIEVED HE OFFER TO FIX THE HOOD AND THEN JUST GIVE TO ME AND THE PROBLEM IS SOLVE. IF I WERE TO PAY FOR A DAMAGED HOOD THAT HAVE BEEN FIX I WOULDN'T HAVE PAID 600.00 FOR IT. ITS LIKE IM THE BLIND KID. THE WHOLE SELLER DID TELL ME THAT DAMAGED ORDERS HAVE NEVER BEEN PROCESSED MORE THAN 6 MONTHS, SO IM WAITING THE TIME TO PASS.

well as far as this goes there isn't a whole lot i can do as has been stated.... If there was more that i could do i would, i filed the claim immediately with my vendor as soon as i found out the hood was damaged, i just have been trying to rememdy this problem in every way i can but at this point my hands are tied and he knows that... i have the hood here and it has been since about a week after the order was placed.... as far as anyone else goes i do my best to get everything out in a timely manner. You have to understand i am the only person that works here and it is very difficult taking care of everyone online and the people that walk in the shop as well, unlike alot of these online places i have a store front, i do all installs, and process and ship 90% of all the orders that come through this place. I appologize to all those that the orders ahve taken a little longer than usual but my vendors have been backed up with orders as well i have... If any of you have any concerns about your orders please feel free to contact me and i will answer any and all questions that you may have...
