Like I've emailed them over 6 times wanting to get a camber kit from them and they never get back to me....they have the worst customer service ever...like if you don't want my money FINE.....don't take it.....like wtf....can any of you get a hold of there ppl....

it's been two weeks now and haven't received my items
and he emails me a week later (after i emailed him multiple

I'm in the same position. I ordered a body kit over a week ago and still nothing. I know Greg has alot to do, so I'm hoping it will come soon.

he has always gotten back to me. i always leave messages on aim, i never email anymore, cause they seem to have problems with their server or something, not sure.
But he has always gotten back with me that same day or the next.

it requires a great deal of devotion of time


why run one if you won't be able to put forth the effort?
and yes.....everyone (not just him) is busy at some point or
another

shut down the site for a week if that's what it needs....
don't just mislead and create angry customers

Damn if I ran my business with that kind of customer service I would have gone out of business in a few months. You got to treat customers like gold, one bad transaction is all it takes to make your company get a bad name, regardless of how many good transactions go through

I'm not gonna bother bringing up the problems I had with my order with Hondawerx, but I will say one thing. I would never order through them ever again.

I ordered a set of UK tails at the end of July. I am still waiting for them today, October 6, 2003. He states it was sent and attempted then returned to the UK. I NEVER got notice of any delivery attempt. Now he states they were re-shipped September 19. He also stated it takes 7 business days to receive. We are now going on 12 business days.
VERY unhappy about the whole situation.

One thing I've noticed ordering online is most sites don't offer simple tracking numbers or even confirmation e-mails. It's even worse if they don't communicate. I ordered something on ebay and had to do a chargeback cause it took him a month to send something and it broke a few weeks later. I've had terrible experiences online

to some people in canada, they have ALL been responded to in emails, some have not written the sales@hondawerx.com email address but yet an older yahoo one i used to have, which is not checked daily. True we have had problems of late, but a few bad tranactions with some bad luck with shippers, and uncooroperative vendors has not helped me either. the members that had to wait long periods were all offered discounts or chances to cancle the order if they wished, with no fees or actions and often rush shipping was absorbed to help the best we can.

were cleaning up our act, rest assured. were dealing with alot of new companies of late to offer alot of new products.

yay. I'm glad the man himself replied. I wouldn't want it to seem like we were all talking behind his back.

It's not easy running a business, and unless that is the only thing you focus on, then it's hard to keep the business running smoothly when you're juggling other things. Give the guy a break.
