HondaWerx not replying
I've been emailing the person from HondaWerx
and he's not emailing me back nor is he on AIM.
I need to buy an OEM kit but he's not responding.
I emailed him several months ago and it took him
a week to reply.
Is this bad customer service or what?
Sorry just venting. I had a good experience with Rob
from Tornactive. He responds to email and AIM, always
willing to help me locate my items.
Any ideas what I should do?

If you want to order the kit from him, THEN ORDER IT!!! He will get it sent to you ASAP.
I have dealt with Greg many times and he has always had the best customer service. Order the part and he will get it to you. The guy is only running 3 businesses right now, that's not including school. I'd say his plate is pretty full.
But if you order the kit he will see it and get it to you. Why are you insisting on talking with him before you order the kit anyways?
BTW, he must really have some horrible customer service. That's why he has 36 positive feedbacks and "0" negatives.

I just bought somthing from greg and it was like weeks overdue and a part was missing. Ive bought from him in the past with no problems but this time it was pretty bad customer service..I hope it was just a misunderstanding and that he was busy.....
