Hi
i just thought that I would tell everybody to watch out for the member JONFIN...he ripped me off!!! I bought some goldline springs from like 4 weeks ago..i sent him the money order, he confirmed to me that he recieved it...now he will not answer or do anything...I FEEL LIKE I NEED TO TELL everybody about him...u know it sucks that people can not be trusted..evrybody is out to make some money and now there is nothing that i can do but try to warn everybody...
just thought that i would pass the word.

deffinitly get the cops involved. And if he was a member of this site, they should have his ip logged. And if it comes down to you your lawyer can get his information from his isp. And you can sue him for internet fraud.
yeah what they said, it may seem like a lot but take him to small claims court and get that sucka to pay, if you can try to get him to pay for legal fees and lost wages too. make him learn that jacking people online means you pay late in the real world

Jonfin....my remarks were not meant to threaten you. I wasnt even referring to myself, i was suggesting a course of action for someone else. I was joking but i apoligize if you were offended. You also dont know me, threatening to "beat my ***" is kinda pointless, i could be a 90 year old grandma or a 6'5 blackbelt. But hey, its ok. Oh and saying that this site is full of a bunch of ricers. It shows that you havent really looked around. This site is great cause its heavy into the clean style, JDM and show quality cars. Very few cars here could actually be defined as rice.
So anyways Jonfin, i hope that whatever the deal for the springs is resolved in a fair manner and lq gets what he paid for. If that has happened already then thats great. Soooo jonfin, i hope everything is cool, and that will be that.

Rep Power: 0 Ah another case of internet fraud. You have his address. If he's got a real reason for not being able to get the springs to you, then so be it. Give him one more chance and then if it still doesnt work, there's a lot of people you can contact about internet/mail fraud that can get your money back. Im a believer that not every person is a criminal and its usually just a misunderstanding. If not, there's always the po-nine to take care of it and tons of internet fraud agencies.
