I give these guys at best a rating of eh. It wasn't too good, but I'm getting what I ordered.
Here's basically the deal. I ordered my exhaust from them, because they were super helpful with questions about fitment, sound, design, etc... before I bought it, and they had it in stock. I also caught a free shipping promotion, which is good anytime you get a 48 lb box shipped out. The problem is they're SLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOWW
They say "Ships in 2-3 days" I ordered it Friday July 18. It actually shipped out yesterday (July 29) 11 days and 7 business days later. Now... if they just said in advance it'll be a while, I'd have been cool with it. What pissed me off was they said it was ready to go last wednesday, when it didn't ship by friday, I sent them a message asking for a tracking number and where it was... they told me it would go out that day (Friday the 25th). Monday and tuesday roll by, no number and their store system still says "Shipment pending". I sent them a few more messages, none of which got replied, today I IMed their live help on AIM and they told me it went out yesterday. When I asked what took so long, they just told me "thanks for your patience". Yeah... ok. I'll shell out $500+ for an exhaust and then you can sit on it for a week and a half, then when I get pissed, you can ship it out. Sure... thats fine by me,
