u mean the vaFC?
its a vtec air fuel controller... dont quote me on that, basically it controls the vtec intake camshaft, but since our cars only have 1 cam, it just controls when it engages

Good DIY.
I'm not trying to be a smartass, but you should hide or cover those wires to make it look better. (wire loom)
But like I said, good job!

WTF why did you wire everthing out of the engine bay, and why didn't you just do it from the ecu, and what did you do diffrent that you didn't get a check engine light,

First the wires are exposed for you to see what i did. also the same color wires are used countless times throughout the ECU and engine so by going directly to the source i have no complications. And the wires are not going in and out just 4 wires were pulled through. Also I will loom them like the power and ground wires for my sub like in the last pic. Damn get critisized for making something work, who would of thought?!? Look if you want it to work then do it this way for sure. if you are good with honda ECU then you can find the wires at the ECU but as you can see there are a ton so have fun.
just thought Id help you all get about 20 more horses for 300 bux (at least it feels like it). BTW its a very easy instal if you follow the directions i have lil experience with cars and i did this right the first time in 4 hrs. I am going to do it on my friends car soon and it should take about 2-3 now that i know what i am doing.
BTW I destroyed a old supped up accord today on the highway. he looked over as i passed him like WTF. it was great.
Yes Gotti your right i am a tru sigi, its my family crest it just spins on my fingure becuase i have big nuckles sort of. male horn huh, i got a St. christopher instead, good luck charm fo me. WOP Power!!!
And it is supported on the ledge temporarily with double sided tape. I will insert it or mount it soon.
Have fun with it.

Idid some reasearch on the V-AFC and found out that with I/H/E and a Stage 2 came and gear with a properly tuned V-AFC you can pull close to 50hp gain. so guess what my next purchase is?!!? as for the Jet ECU i have no idea but i don't see why not. I don't know exactly what the Jet ECU does but i do know that the V-AFC changes the timing and the severity of the VTEC and adjusts your throttle and fuel ration. It has a function that shows where your regular ECU VTEC kicks in.. 1st thru 4th 1500 to 3200 rpms and it stays in vteck for a long duration. I was actually quite suprised to see this reading. Our cars are in VTEC 80% of the time. But the ECU VTEC is weak compared to the V_AFC. You just have to feel and and hear it to know what i am talking about.
BTW I Have a downloadable PDF with pics on my DIY Site now www.underwater-design.com/DIYVAFC
