Ok so with the money i have im debating 1 of two options ...

Option 1:

HP Racing Ceramic Shorty Header - 236.oo
Installation for header - 60.oo if done pro (i dont trust myself)

Option 2:

JDM Gunmetal Housed Headlights - 149.oo
Altezza Style Grill - 45.oo

I know that they are 2 totally different aspects of car modding (performance vs. looks). But i dont know if its worth spending that much for just 1-2hp. I only want the shorty one cuz i dont want to eliminate my cat, screw with emissions and my o2 sensor, possibly get fined $2o,ooo if caught (and yes, cops in mass. are **** enough to check to see if you have a cat if they think ur exhaust smells)

well id only be getting the shorty header, which doesnt smell .... u really only get a smell when u eliminate your cat

well thats understandable, my exhaust was the same way ... but i only mentioned the cop deal only because i din't want to eliminate my cat .... so if we forget that i meantioned that what would u recommend

you can do that yourself though. they arent really bluish tinted, so dont go for it for that look. if you want them black and cleared just take them out and paint them. I did it. Its pretty easy. that way maybe you can get an altezza grill and a header

yeah but those lights are not painted. they look way better because the plastic is that color. there only 150, thats nothing. i dont trust myself painting my lights so i would just buy them.

I think this is the eternal "go before show" or "show before go" question. You would be faster w/ the header but the lights look good. Pick what you think is best, I probably would go w/ the header b/c every little bolt on helps.

i definatly want the header, but i dont know if its worth spending that much money on something thats only going to give me 2hp, which i wont even notice....like does that make sense? ...... or should i finish up under my hood no matter how much hp i gain?

yea i live in reading, ma ... a lil south of lawrence ... cops here really have nothing to do, so they pull people over for the stupid things like coming off too fast off a red light, or having white blinkers on some cars
