my civic comes out in a week or so, it was out then i got sideswipped 2 days after so its back in the shop.. i have a mad chamelon paintjob going goes from dark green to red to dark blue to black, its awsome, turned alot of heads in the 2 days that it was out.. Its also getting some nsx sides and shaved door handles. As well as a whole new bodykit. Went from the full Tsunami to a full xenon that has been modified slightly by filling in the " xenon " on the front sides and rear.

Rep Power: 372 I saw the car yesterday, and all I gotta say is DAYM...........It is really hot....Looks so good in person. I dont think a picture can describe the detail the body shop put into the paint............

as for final pics..... ill take them this week and post them.
you are not going to see much difference the paint job is the paint job
the only thing left is the detail that was put into it which is off the hook and you cant really see it in the picutures. I was going to bring it back into the shop to have them do the rest from the back quater pannels to the trunk tomorrow, but decided that im going to wait until the end of the month to do that. Impulse i think is stopping by tomorrow night to see it, so that will be 4 people from the boards who have seen it and then you can ask their oppionions.

think today (friday) he brought his car to an event roll in... And tomorrow (saturday) is the car show, so hopefully he takes plenty of pics for all of us!
Yea, i saw his car in person, looks amazing! The quality of the paint job is ReALLy Amazing (sponge technique or somethin - Looks really cool up close)
Everything is coming together really niceley for jay, specially wit the new seats
Edit: Im getting my CF dash kit (32 pieces) and an AEM SAI Both monday or teusday.... The SAI will be my first engine mod!

i saw the car today, and met mndthegap and his wife, at import revolution. gotta say, the paint is done really really well!! i LOVED the side flames. the dude that did them knows his ****.
but when i read that you gave him free reign, i think that might have been a slight missjudgement. dont take this the wrong way...specially with how you said you were thinking of taking it back and painting it all black again. DONT DO IT!! i loved the flames and checkers, but the red might have been too much. thats the only thing that i didnt think really flowed. maybe tell the painter to change it so that it matches the side flame scheme??? that might work better.
other than that, the car was hot. interior is coming along real nice.
osofast's car is also friggin sweet looking. the pictures do it no justice. that front color, the silver...is soooooooooo hot! got a real nice red flake going and matches the flames really well. good job you guys!

Rep Power: 372 I saw their cars on friday before they rolled down to the show....and I sat in Jays car....Damn those seats are tight.....but sweet looking. I love the paint on Jays car and I even like the marbalized look on the hood....Please Jay do not paint the back of the car...I think it looks sweet as it is.
As for osofasts car...I hadnt seen it until that day....Toms a little lazy sometimes.....but anyway...I gotta say that his car looks hot. The Skyline bumper is a big improvement over the octane front.....But the flames and the detail that went into it is just amazing....I think he needs to take off his headlamps and repaint the insides the same color as the flames, that would just look insane....
