Here are a few pics of the pillar i was talking about in this thread installed...
I really liked how it turned out..the fitment is great with a little trimming with a razorblade...if anyone else out there gets this pillar be sure to trim up the edges so it fits flush with the stock pillar...
oh both of the gauges are for my turbo that should be coming anytime now...

i had it matched with the color of the other pillars...painted with two coats of custom mixed vinyl dye...they did a pretty good job...
i bought an 8oz can....have a BUNCH of paint left over

so you have nitrous then right? Or you have a turbo without a front mount intercooler? I hope one of the two, cause your pod look really good, and the guages are good looking, but if that Boost gauge isnt functional...you lost major points with me.
Good Job though if you do have FI

i'm waiting on my SF Power turbo kit...i figured i would get as much done as i can before the kit actually gets here...
oh and as for my gauge choices, i went kind of minimalist...i dont like the look of 5 extra gauges that serve little or no real purpose other than being there...
boost guage...obvious...i didnt go with one that went from 0-30 because i figured i'll be boosting a max of 7 or 8...and this one was easier to read than the others...
trans temp...this one is for my auto transmission..i figured it would be a good idea to keep tabs on the temp....
and i know someone is going to say "you'll need an a/f guage for the turbo..." well i've already got one built into my apexi auto timer...so yeah...i think it will be a good setup...

good deal, sorry, missed the comment about the turbo before.
There are just a few kids around here with boost guages, and no FI, and it is the most rice i can think of...they say "its intimidating"...maybe, but not on your metro kid!
Looks good though!

Did your pillar just stay in with the gauges in. Or did you put screws on top and bottom to stabilize it. I have the triple pod. I have test fitted it fits alright. But with the gauges in there it looks like it would pull it out. Just wondering

actually...i glued just the one side closest to the windshield...the weatherstripping stuff holds the other side in place pretty well...
if i ever want to take it off and take my gauges out for some reason..its pretty easy to pry it apart since i only glued one side...i only did that because i HATE looking at screws
