Whats the deal with exs always talkin **** bout lxs. So you guys have painted door handles and mirrors with a moon roof. Big woop. I just read a post and some fool was just goin off about how much better exs are. I dont understand. If someone could give me a good answer than maybe i wouldnt be as bitter. a few nights ago a ex threw on his hazards and wanted to run so we did but not for too long cuz of heavy traffic. They arnt even that much faster AT ALL ! ! ! whatever though

Rep Power: 0 LX is faster because it is not as heavy, from what i have been told...i have a 95 civic lx and i think its great, my ex is just a moonroof and painted **** on outside, but who cares, you can just get them painted somewhere else....so no biggy
I had a 2002 lx coupe..I didn¡¯t like it...then this year car got totaled so now I own a 2003 ex coupe.. From lx to ex I like how ex its much smoother and I like having a sunroof..I just like ex because of handling¡¦ The lx had a lot of problems also.. well thats my opinion...

Um, I have experience the NUMBER 1 reason why the EX is BETTER than the LX. While at a 7thgen meet in Atlanta I all of a sudden heard squealling tires behind me and then BAM!!! I got rearended by a LX. If the driver would of had an EX then he would of had ABS and probably been able to stop the car before hitting me or at least drive the car out of the way.
Also, I have beaten LX's in my EX. I have yet to lose to an LX. So don't tell me they are faster.

Rep Power: 377 Not a whole lot of difference. A couple extra horsepower, painted mirrors, 15" tires, sunroof. Woopidy dooo. NO thanks, I'd rather save my money. And you can get ABS brakes on an LX.
