Finally got my Harnesses Installed! *PICS*

Well, the install took my about 4 hours to do. I was doing the install by myself and you have to unbolt the driver, passenger and rear seats to get the damn job done. my back hurts from being cramped up in such a small place for so long.

Click on the link that I gave you for the DIY in my post above. It shows a pic of the back seat.

If I ever need to carry passengers, I can unclip the harness in one step to be able to carry passengers.

Schroth thought of everything when they made their harnesses.

I did take a few corners pretty tight with the new harnesses and I swear they don't let me move one bit. Motion is restricted with the harnesses, but they are supposed to be like that. I love the feel of them.

I even did a 20mph to 0mph slam on the breaks to test them out and I never even moved forward. The belts don't cut into me either. The pads really help keep the ride comfortable.

Im buying those seats this week, thanx for the pix, are the comfortable with the hannesses still? Would they look good in a silver car? i think it should be ok.

My car is silver.

If you don't like closed places and you like to move around then the harnesses are not for you. These are fullblown racing harnesses that will not let you move an inch. Motion is restricted for your safety while in the seats. If you can move around in the seat with the harness then you are doing it wrong and the harness is not tight enough.

Yea, I would suggest doing that. If you've never been in a race car with harnesses like that you should find someone to let you see how it feels.

It truly is TIGHT and there is no motion. These aren't harnesses to recieve road head in.......LOL
