WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
Just came back from autocrossing... I forgot how much fun it was. There were some crazy cars there... lots of 2.5RSs, an S2000, a few WRX, a new 350Z track and someone showed up in a new EVO
(it absolutely ownz). The track was not very good, the pavement was kinda broken up and gravely so everyone had trouble bouncing around and staying straight. My Civic was actually drifting, but the Subys looked like they were having fun in it. Best time of the day was 32.679 ( I started off with a 35.8, and made the largest improvement in the class) which was .910 off the STS class lead. I think the fast time in a Street car was in the 29.8s. I have realized now that I've taken the tire element out of the equation (Yokohamas are much better that Shitstones), that the suspension sucks, and I need a new one. So time to get working on that. I don't have any pics because my brother forgot the digicam
, but they'll go on the SCCA region site and I'll post them when they go up. Last edited by Boilermaker1; Apr 27, 2003 at 05:01 PM.

Still undecided on either Prokits and Koni Yellows, or Tein SS. I can't drop it very far (37mm offset wheels **** away big drops). I haven't seen anyone who said they've raced on Teins... so if anyone can convince me.... go for it. I'll see how that goes, and add more if I need to.
Also gonna insulate my intake... it was hot enough to cook eggs on after a few runs... cold air my ***. I'll probably also make an air deflector in the foglight housing and push air right to the filter through there.
I need TP for my bunghole

Yah the aluminum is a good conduite for heat.
you could upgrade the intake to an Iceman or a K&N FIPK.
I have heard that the plactic or what ever it is don't get as hot.
