For those of you who painted your upper grill. How much did you pay. And did you have them paint the who thing or just the bottom to match the bumper and then leave the mesh plastic part black. I just got mine back from a shop I probably wont ever go back to. $130 to paint the whole thing. I didnt want them to spray the grill and told the guy that but he must have not heard me. Since I have a eternal blue pearl car I am hoping its not that noticeable. Anyone else paint the whole thing. Going to put it on Sunday. Will post pics then.
I sure wish my car was newer

$130 to paint the whole thing? I'm paying less than $200 at a shop with a great reputation (they do Porsches, Hummers, Lotusi...) and it's for a three piece spoiler. That sounds too high to me. When I buy the grill and get it painted, I'm only gonna do the outside. If you're that unhappy, take it back and make them fix the problem by either stripping the paint or refunding your money and buying a new one. I don't think it would look bad as all blue though.

I bought the paint for 18 bucks and painted it my self including reducer and hardener.
SHops should charge youno more than 100 bones to paint it.
